If you are an artist, band or group that would like to appear on New Music Showcase, please mail us the following press kit components:
1. Photo (300 dpi if possible)
2. CD or DVD
3. Biographical information on the band and individual members
4. Contact information (include name, mailing address and telephone numbers)
5. Web site address(es) and email address(es)
6. List of cable companies that cover your group's area (if possible) along with their contact information (mailing address and telephone numbers)

The staff of New Music Showcase reviews each submitted press kit, and will notify you if you have been selected to appear on our show. New Music Showcase evaluates each promo kit with the same criteria, regardless of musical genres, band affiliations etc...
Important:
Since the mission of New Music Showcase is to promote original music, you can only use music that you own the rights to and able to legally assign the non-exclusive rights to New Music Showcase for promotional purposes. New Music Showcase does not own your songs. All we need is the right to use the music in any way that involves the show New Music Showcase. You still own the song and can do anything with your songs and music. You assign the rights to New Music Showcase so we may make, duplicate and mass produce tapes, CDs, DVDs and other media, and to distribute them for the purpose of promoting the band and their music.
